  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During sales or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Rs. 250 nationwide.

  • Free Shipping: Available on selected products or promotional offers, where clearly mentioned on our website.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available). You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.

Delivery Delays & Issues

International Shipping

At this time, we only deliver within Pakistan. We do not currently offer international shipping.
